    Removing Polish

  • Try not to use nail polish remover more that once a week. Using it dries out the nail.
  • Use only non acetone nail polish remover, especially if you have "fake nails".
  • Using remover that has acetone will take off the "fake nail".
  • Acetone is what they use to soak off the nails.
  • Use natural cotton pads to remove polish. This helps to keep the polish off your skin around the nail.
  • Soak a cotton pad with nail polish remover.
  • Let the soaked pad sit on the polish for a few seconds to allow it to soak into the polish and loosen it up for easier removal.
